The Great Room

The Great Room (built in 1978) is entirely built of Southern Pine logs with:

 - Stone Fireplace

 - 28-foot ceiling

 - Cut marble floors

 - Conservative, relaxed 
    furnishings

The hand-crafted log staircase and landing leads to the owner's private quarters and office.

The Great Room also contains the main dining area.

The breakfast menu varies, but you can look forward to specialty breakfast casseroles, meat combinations and side selections, egg dishes, assorted beverages and a continental selection

The Continental Breakfast Nook

The Continental Breakfast Nook is located behind the Bonus Room and is open all day for guests to enjoy a cold drink or snack.

Guests may gather in the main dining area or may enjoy lounging under the sycamores on the back deck.

The Deck

The Deck overlooks the backyard, containing an Oriental Water Garden and is engulfed by sycamore and cedar trees.

Tucked into the uneven landscape is a rustic and unique 9-hole Putt Putt Golf Course.

Other outdoor activites such as Old-Fashioned Horseshoes and Shuffleboard are also available!

The Bonus Room 

The Bonus Room, located at the south end of the house is an entertainment hub containing a large Hot Tub, Professional-     sized Pool Table, and Entertainment
Center.

Master Snowbird Room

The Master Snowbird Room is a country/casual master bedroom painted in 'club navy and studio white', with vaulted ceilings. Furnishings include a Queen-sized bed, comfy Sofa, Television, Granite Snack Bar, Library, and Private Bath

Wood Duck Room

Our Wood Duck Room is surrounded by log walls and rustic trimmings. Access to Bath and Bonus Room.

The Sparrow Room

Our Sparrow Room is extremely cozy, with a single bed and antique access.

*The entire facility may be reserved with special arrangements (up to six guests only please).

The Snowbird Guesthouse is available for Special Events;

Rates from $120 to $175, single or double depending on room and availablilty.
